The temperature of motor direct connection type shall not exceed 40℃, and that of belt drive type shall not exceed 60℃. The dust volume of the conveying gas shall not exceed 150mg/m3. The axial flow fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, motor and other parts. The bracket is connected with the casing air duct by section steel. The impeller and casing of the anticorrosive axial fan are made of FRP, and other types of axial fan are generally made of steel plate.

The working principle of

When the impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller from the inlet axially, and is pushed by the blade on the impeller to increase the energy of the gas, and then flows into the guide blade. The guide vane turns the deflected airflow into axial flow, and at the same time leads the gas into the diffusing tube to further convert the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy, and finally leads it into the working pipeline. Axial fan blades work in a similar way to the wings of an airplane. The latter, however, puts lift up on the wings and supports the weight of the aircraft, while the axial fan holds the air in place and moves it around. The cross section of an axial fan is usually a wing section. The blade may be fixed in position or rotated about its longitudinal axis. The Angle of the blade to the airflow or the blade spacing may be unadjustable or adjustable. Changing blade angles or spacing is one of the main advantages of axial fan. Small blade spacing Angle produces lower flow rate, while increasing spacing produces higher flow rate. Advanced axial fans can vary the blade spacing as the fan is running (much like a helicopter rotor), changing the flow rate accordingly. This is called a vane adjustable (VP) axial fan.

Use

Axial flow fan, also called local fan, is a kind of fan commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises, but different from the general fan, its motor and blade are in a cylinder, the shape is a cylinder, used for local ventilation, easy installation, ventilation effect is obvious, safe, can be connected to the air duct to send the air to the designated area.

Applications

If the casing is removed, it can also be used as a free fan, or installed in series at intervals in a long exhaust pipe to improve the wind pressure in the pipeline.

Features of axial fan:

Small axial fan: low power consumption, fast heat dissipation, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection. Because the volume is small, the use is more extensive.

Large axial fan has the characteristics of simple structure, stable and reliable, low noise, large air volume, wide range of function selection and so on.

Installation method:

The preparatory work

Open the box to check whether the various parts of the fan are complete, whether there is any damage to the outside of the casing, especially pay attention to whether the head rectifier is damaged and deformed, whether the connection of the components is tight, whether the blade motor is damaged, whether the impeller rotation is flexible, if found problems should be repaired and adjusted. Check the installation base of the fan, which must have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that it can bear the load of the fan when it is running. At the same time, check whether the connection size between the base and the fan meets the design requirements.

Installation matters

Suspend installation The shock absorber and the fan are bolted together, the shock absorber is symmetrically installed on both sides of the center of gravity of the fan, and the fan is directly lifted and inserted into the suspension bracket. The height of the suspension bracket is  determined by the user according to the actual space distance.
  3. Vertical installation of fan Vertical installation method is consistent with horizontal installation, which requires more strict strength and stiffness of fan foundation.
  4. the fan and both ends of the pipe must be connected with flexible joints, in order to isolate vibration and protect the fan.

Debug method

  1. After the installation of the axial flow fan is completed, the flexibility of rotation of the fan should be checked before starting, and whether there is jam friction phenomenon when moving the blades by hand. Check the fan and adjacent pipes for any leftovers and other sundries.
  2. Check whether the damper in the pipeline is in an open state.
  3. 3.personnel should be away from the fan.
  4. Start the fan and check whether the steering of the fan blade is consistent with that marked by the rotating logo. After passing the inspection, the trial operation will stop after 10-30 minutes to check whether the blades are loose and whether the connecting bolt between the damping seat and the base is loose.

 

Maintenance

  1. The operating environment should always be kept clean, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no sundries in the inlet and outlet, and dust and other sundries in the fan and pipe should be removed regularly.
  2. The fan can only be operated under normal conditions, and the power supply facilities must be guaranteed to have sufficient capacity and stable voltage, and the operation of defects is strictly prohibited. The power supply line must be dedicated line, and the temporary line should not be used for long-term power supply.
  3. If the fan is found to have abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is charged, the switch trips, and can't start during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed in the operation of the fan. After maintenance, the test run should be conducted for about five minutes, and then the machine can be started up and run after confirming that there is no abnormal phenomenon.
  4. 4.according to the using conditions from time to time to supplement or replace bearing grease (motor closed bearing need not be replaced during the service life of the lubricating oil), fan during operation to ensure good lubrication, refueling times no less than 1000 hours/time closed bearing and motor bearing, oil bearing with zl - 3 lithium base grease inside and outside the circle of 1/3; It is strictly prohibited to run without oil.
  5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to avoid dampness of the motor. When the fan is stored in the open air, protective measures should be taken. In the process of storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping, so as to avoid damage to the fan.
